Having spent 2 whole days now waiting for UPS thry still have no idea how they will get my parcel to me. Their "tracking" system is a joke, they cannot contact their drivers who seem to do whatever thry're despite what the customer service team tells you. In short do not use UPS if you have any life and want to
Leave your home, they won't care if thry keep you waiting for ever. Do yourself a favour find a different courier.
