You are invited to submit a time for collection. However, the driver can decide that he can't commit to that time, and will decide instead to come at any old time that suits him. This decision will never be communicated to you. If you don't have a secretary to leave the parcel with, you will lose your own time and money to these people. Never, ever use UPS if there is any alternative at your disposal or unless you can pay someone else to play their games for you.
