Mental Breakdown

10 am in the morning, our telecom bell rang, and I woke up to answer. And the first thing I hear in the morning, is shouting of a man saying ' Package delivery Package delivery!!!!!!' over and over again, on top of his voice. Since I had multiple packages coming over I asked ' UPS or DHL?' and the guy wouldnt even answer my question and started getting even more mad and crazy. Since it might be anyone crazy out there who would claim to be a delivery man, I asked him to go away. Then, I went down and saw that man standing with my UPS package and handed it to me and asked me to 'calm down, I was just shouting because there was traffic outside', and this is a total crapt, because anyone else seems to be able to talk in a normal tone, whereas this guy has to be extremely loud which is both rude and not at all a decent behavior.


At the end of it, he just stormed off, walking away really fast. It's beyond normal and an acceptable behavior to a customer.
