After arranging for my laptop to be repaired., I was sent a label to print off. I called Ups to arrange for the pick up and explained as my laptop was broken, I couldn't print off the label. They said they would send a blank label for me to fill out with the driver, who would be with me the same day. When the driver arrived he said he rudely informed me he had been given no record of me needing a lable, however he managed to provide one and left. I tried to fill out the label but was confused about the details and consequently filled it out incorrectly. I called Ups for help but was told as I'd filled out the label incorrectly they would have to reschedule the pick up for the following day and I would be provided with a new label. Hopefully tomorrows driver will help me fill it out.
