I'm done with UPS! I'm an avid online shopper, and over the years they've just been getting worse. From delivering late as heck, to changing days at the last minute and not having any actual reason behind it but simply "the package got to the facility late" as if it wasn't delivered late by another UPS truck. Today was the last straw. I waited all day, it's a Friday and at 830pm I checked the status, it was changed to Monday. When I call, all they say is, "your package came late" how is that when last nite tracking said it got to Atlanta at 845pm!?!? I live 25 minutes outside of Atlanta!!! From now on Fed Ex or USPS at least I know I'll get it before 5pm. I'm just so angry!!!
