So I ordered a replacement phone through my insurance with EE, they chose this currier to deliver my phone to me between 6-10pm. Disputes me trying to contact uk mail and also speaking to EE directly they did not turn up. I was told to restore my phone back to factory settings and delete all content on it... So I did ready for uk mail to come and give me my new phone and take away my old one... I am now left with a phone with nothing on, wasted 4 hours waiting and keeping an eye out for them to arrive. I have now got to spend another hour getting everything back on my old phone which they was meant to collect so I am able to contact people! Absolutely shocking service, never ever go with UK mail.
