I advised them to leave a parcel for me at a secure place. After receiving a text stating the delivery. Went immediately to collect it but it wasn't there as wasn't the delivery card I was supposed to have received.
They lost my £100 parcel and denie all responsibility. I complained immediately and they have the nerve to say all my fault and closed the case. How can bot receiving a parcel be my fault? Their only jobs were pickupparcel at A, drive to B and deliver. Not difficult work and they still didn't manage that.
Bad service! No other delivery company has cost me so much in money or nerves as they never lost my parcel.
