UKMail's customer care is appalling. I missed a delivery and received a card asking me to contact them to arrange redeliver. The phone number they give you is an automated line where you cannot speak to a person. The automated line would not let me rearrange a delivery so consequently they tried to deliver it again the next day at the same time and I was out. I have tried every number I could find for this firm and none of them will let you speak to a person to get assistance even though their website tells you to ring that number. If you email them although it says they will reply within 24 hours I have waited three days then I got three emails one after the other two saying they were looking into my query and the last one saying the case was closed without having done anything to assist me. Finally I was told the parcel was at their depot so I made the one hour round trip to pick it up only to be told that they had sent it pack to the sender with not so much as an apology. I will always check what couriers are being used in future as I do not want to have the same problem again with UKMail.
