Appalling Service

I have now had three separate deliveries messed up by UK Mail. The latest delivery this week (March 2016) has seen me take time off work and have two failed delivery attempts. On both attempts I received a text message to say the delivery had been attempted but there was no one home and that they had left a calling card. There was no card through my door on either attempt and I was even outside my front door when the first failed delivery message came through on my phone. No delivery van in sight. Attempts to contact UK Mail via phone result in an automated service that tells you the delivery will be reattempted tomorrow and then hangs up on you. Same result when complaining via their online contact us and complaints page. I have resorted to contacting the sender and advising them that I will no longer be buying products through them while they continue to use UK Mail as the two previous deliveries have also had the near identical result. By the way my address is very easy to find, I am one of very few houses in the post code all within 50 meters of one another and the house number is clearly visible. Other delivery companies have no such problem.
