The first bike I ordered was sent with UK Mail next day service. Within a day it arrived at my local depot (London Docklands) and it stayed there for the next 3 weeks despite my daily calls to the courier (and the retailer) to understand the nature of the delay and to arrange another "next day" delivery. It turned out the bike never left the depot. I gave up after 3 weeks and cancelled my order. Suspecting that it was just my bad luck I ordered another bike from the same retailer which was sent with UK Mail "next day" service. It arrived at my local depot within a day and stayed there for the following 4 days until someone decided to put it on a delivery van. The "next day" delivery took 6 stressful days of daily calls to arrive at my address. I will never purchase anything online if UK Mail is to courier it.
