Yet again, another failing from UKMail. How companies choose to use this service by UKMail - I do not know. However, after taking the day off to wait for my parcel to be delivered and tracking saying it would be here by 14:30
- it never arrived. Even into the evening no sign, now the tracking website has an "unexpected error". The error being, they never delivered my parcel! However, this is not the first time with UKMail and a poor, useless service. You cannot even get through to someone to speak to them as its a fully automated service. This is a disgraceful company, poor customer service and a complete failure. I would not use this company at all.
