I placed my order on a Monday the package was dispatched to UK Mail on Tuesday evening booked with 24 hour delivery so I expected it on the Thursday I waited in on the Thursday to collect the parcel which it didn't arrive when I checked there tracking service on which they claimed it was delivered. I rang the customer service department on the Friday morning the service rep didn't really seem interested in solving the problem the package finally arrived 4 days late after sitting at there depot for 4 days
