I am a business and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. The parcel is a week late and nobody in the call centre can get answers from the depot. I cannot speak to a supervisor, manager or call the depot. The retailer also cannot do anything about it until ukmail admit it is lost..... so I paid for next-day delivery and dont have any idea when I will get it, and nobody is calling back or can give answers if I call them... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you get your parcel, great. If you dont, you're in trouble.

It has been sent back to the retailer - crazy! I called every day trying to trace it, but they sent it back because 'they didn't hear from the receiver'. The depot isn't reading the messages from the call center when customers are trying to trace parcels! Parcel was - 40355110000706
This is the first 'REPLY' I have actually had from UK Mail, and it on a review website - Not very good.
