Can't fault the delivery. Getting an email the day before then an email with a time slot is really great. The driver is always on time, never know him to be late. He's always polite and friendly but gets on with the job. Leaves the parcel with a neighbor if I'm out. Can't think of anything negative. Emails, clear and easy to read. Gives options to change delivery if it's not convenient. Can't fault it. Parcels are always undamaged. Ten out of Ten, i'd say or hundred out of hundred.
