Wholly impressed with service

Very impressed with the servce offered by UK Mail. I receive a text to say they have acknowledged my order & then another text later on to advise a dellivery time....usually one hour slot.......This is fantastic, as not only does it Instill confidence for the recipient of the parcel, because it is communication & you feel informed, it adds to the whole experience of ordering something online knowing that you ae not going to be guesing as to whether or not your parcel will arrive. This makes a big difference as to what retailer I might use regarding the couriers they use in turn.
With the latter in mind, I have ordered various items for a vehicle I own, from three different suppliers. One came with parcel force, one with UK Mail & the other was MyHermes. Parcel force was prompt, I received a text message but not hour slot. UK Mail was also prompt & gave me the hour slot as to when they were coming. MyHermes received an email Monday, today is Friday & still not have received my parcel. I would say the latter is worse than useless & because of this, regrettably it has tarnished my experience with purchasing further from this supplier.
I felt UK Mail were tops from this latest excersise, perhaps the others should take a leaf out of their book.
