Not a good service

I received one email saying that my parcel would be delivered that afternoon between 3.30 and 4.30pm. I usually receive an email before the delivery date to say my parcel is being delivered, but apparently getting one on the morning is ok with UK Mail. Luckily I was at home and stayed in to wait for it. But it didn't arrive. I tried to find a contact number on the email, but there wasn't one. I sent a reply to the email, but there was no response.

At about 6.30pm, someone in the village turned up on my doorstep with my parcel. Apparently the driver had arrived at her house and said that he was late making the delivery and would she deliver it............. She wasn't even my nearest neighbour. I live at Church Cottage and I think these lazy delivery drivers get to the church in the village and then can't be bothered to find my house even though my full address includes the street number. My house has the number and name on it, the driver simply couldn't be bothered to look. Instead, he disturbed somebody else and actually asked them to do his job.
