Their website showed a promised delivery of between 1 & 2 PM. did not arrive. Later they told me "the driver will recover the parcel and deliver to you" Did he deliver to a wrong address and then try to recover it? The following day after I had spent a loooong time ringing their head office the website showed the item being delivered at 12 noon the day before! The driver said he'd delivered and had a signature. This so called signature was of a non existent person. The fact is he never came near the house! The (expensive) product has disappeared without trace. It doesn't require the services of Sherlock to deduce what happened here. This is an absolutely appalling company to deal with and if I wrote the whole story it would fill several pages. UKMail stinks!!
