“Huge waste of time”

Scheduled delivery was for 11am-1pm, at 1.15pm rang customer services who told me my parcel would be with me shortly. At 3.30pm I rung back and was told that the driver had fallen and hurt his leg which was slowing him down but would be in my area shortly. 5pm, still waiting. What a waste of a day!
