“Absolute Joke! ”

Had a delivery slot of 12pm-2pm, it's now 5.15pm and I am still waiting! I have phoned the customer service line twice and on both occasions was assured that they would phone me back, after they had contacted the driver, still waiting on the call backs too.
The last person I spoke to in customer service said that my parcel is on the van and so 'should' be delivered by 6pm tonight, after reading the reviews on this website, I'm pretty sure it won't be!!!!
