I work nights so missed a few deliverys. I thought theres no point arranging redelivery cos I'll be in bed. Anyway I wrote a little note on my door saying "Postman please leave parcel on side near door" clear enough I thought... apparently not. This person instead proceeded to leave yet another "we missed you" card and put a question mark on my note as if to say he could not understand it!!!! How hard is it to understand! Leave the frigging thing outside the door, you know where all the other post is kept for our flats! I then checked the card number which looked like a 2 year old had written out, it wasn't recognised by their website, so I rang and got no answer. Brilliant. UK mail should not be allowed to put UK in their brand name, they're a joke. Now I don't know what to do. UK MAIL (Utterly Kack Mail)
