Easy to book online, and when you make a mistake, ring them up and they sort it out straight away, very politely. Parcel picked up on Tuesday, by friendly driver, delivered to my daughter in Alaska on Thursday, I couldn't believe how quick they were and all arrived in good condition, no dings, dents or bashes - just aswell as the grandkids were waiting for their Easter Eggs! Would, and do, highly recommend them.
Only slight negative is that their prices to Germany were high so didnt use them, used another method, which was posted on same day as Alaska parcel and 5 days later it still hasnt arrived! maybe the money was the second priority and excellent, speedy delivery was the first!
