I was disappointed with the service received on the latest delivery to China. It was book for Friday 5th December and I got a voicemail message to say that the driver could not find the property for collection. I have had probably 20 collections from the property before?
I contacted Transglobal Express and said that the collection could not be Monday but rescheduled for Tuesday. When no one had turned up mid afternoon on Tuesday we called to be told that the order was lost off the system??
On Wednesday a very miserable driver arrived and challenged the paperwork saying that it wasn't complete and would probably get held up in customs. The paperwork was exactly the same we use every time and it was all present with the parcel. I looked this morning and see the parcel is on its way to China but won't be delivered until approx 15th. So lots of poor service and time wasted. I think on this occasion Transglobal Express/TNT should reimburse my payment?
