Complete ineptitude from start to finish when dealing with valuable and time sensitive documents ; failure to deliver parcel to house as arranged; hung up on helpline immediatly due to slightly crackly line after 15 minute wait; woeful lack of help from online support. I'm amazed a company with such little focus on customer service can survive in a 21st century market economy.
