Did not deliver as promised

Waited in for a whole day to await promised delivery which did not arrive. Emailed the company but no reply. Emailed the retailer who told the goods would be rediliverd after the weekend and I would be phoned an hour before delivery. Surprise surprisr, no call delivery eventually made mid afternoon of a second day waiting in, my delivery came in a very large box contains a sofa and clearly marked as weighing 50kilos. I could not believe that the company had not supplied a trolley for the driver who was expected to move this huge box( (probably as big a he was!) on his own. It was just impossible and the driver had to roll the box along a footpath. Thank goodness it was not raining. The driver himself could not have been more polite and helpful and if the review was just for him, I would have given 5 stars. But for failure to turn up, failing to keep customers informed, I can only give one. And I do think Health and safety issues need to be addressed urgently. 50 kilos is unacceptable for one person to manage.
