I needed to get a document legalised for a visa application for my new job abroad. The original document cost 80 pounds, the apostille cost 34.50. Altogether a cost of 114.50. DX said that they delivered it and it was signed for. However, I have received no calling card and my mum is adamant that she has not signed for any documents. They will not show me a copy of the signature or the name of the person who signed for it and I do not have my document. They say that they can not help me and I need to go back to the government who legalised the document - not sure how this will help as supposedly this has already been delivered. Have my flights to work abroad for the beginning of July and can not apply for the visa until I have this document. They are completely useless and should be avoided at all costs.
