Awful Service

Ordered a parcel and sadly it had to be DX that were delivering it, very unprofessional staff, service and courier. They apparent attempted delivery on the first day and left a calling card so I thought I would just collect from their depot and that would be it.

But not with DX who apparently don't do basic courier services or customer service, no depot to collect from so I went out of my way to have two people home at another address and await delivery. Unsurprisingly no attempt at delivering and just sent it back to the seller.

So I contacted DX via email to put in a complaint and try and have my parcel delivered to me and this is their response email -

'Hi and thank you for your e-mail
Our records show that this consignment was returned to Clifford James due to leakage. Please contact Clifford James for further assistance.
Kind regards  Customer Concerns Department'

This isn't true at all, contacted the seller and they confirmed this wasn't the case. Made no attempt to resolve my issue and just shunned me off to the seller.

Could not have had a more frustrating or useless experience.
