Ordered goods through a reputable high street store, delivery needed a signature but I wasn't home at the time of delivery. A tracking card was left - NO details on it apart from what COULD be the date scratched onto the card with a pen that clearly wasn't working....how do I know if the delivery is even for me or someone else in the house??
Went online to reschedule second delivery which unfortunately can only be done 9-5pm Monday to Friday....sorry but these are the exact hours I am not in to sign for it. Went online again to change delivery address to my place of work, no option available for that.
Rang customer helpline on the card - get stuck with an automated computer which tells me I can arrange Saturday delivery or change the address.....until I put my tracking number in. Apparently these options aren't allowed for my item.
Emailed customer services - not very useful and I got told everything I already know. I was also told to contact the original supplier to change the delivery address.
So sorry to the original supplier, I am cancelling the order due to never being able to get the goods I actually ordered unless I take a day's leave!
