I arrived at the office just as your TNT driver was about to leave, after he tried to collect our parcels for international shipping. I asked if he could kindly wait 20 minutes whilst I print the labels. Which he did, and helped me with the forms and carrying the boxes.
Polite, helpful and on the ball. Great service, first time using TNT. I think he should be recognised for his great service, well done!
