The experience I received from TNT furniture delivery in central london was
possibly the worst I have ever had. 5 times he delivery was scheduled by TNT and cancelled (or not actually cancelled because they did not have the decency to even call to say they were not coming) only on the 5 attempt was
the furniture item finally despatched ...and only after I stated that I was
going to cancel the furniture order (worth £500) if the item was not delivered ... terrible service.
