I've been waiting for a parcel from Italy. As I had to go on the Italian TNT site, I didn't understand what it was saying... Just realised today how to translate... Only to discover that my parcel had been delivered. I rang up customer services where the woman confirmed my address and said that my parcel had been left with a neighbour 7 days ago!!! What! I had no card through the door, so I am unsure what neighbour it is left with other than I have been given the surname. I am new to the area so don't know anyone! Will not be using these again!
