First of all let me start by saying I believe people only have things to say about this company/industry when things go wrong ! so ...
I ordered some biscuits from Russia , my biscuits arrived on time and not a sign of damage in site. All biscuits were in tact , not even a crumb was dislodged and they tasted great.
I spoke to their customer service team for an update and was really impressed by the gentlemen I spoke to , his name was Kevin Irving .. Kevin if your'e reading this you are an assett to your company keep up the good work !
TNT send 5 million consignments a week I believe so if they were to deliver 99% on time and in good condition then there would still be 50,000 unhappy customers worldwide .. bear that in mind guys.
I can't fault their service ..yet LOL
