They broke everything in my delivery. In the back of the lorry everything was upsidedown and the pallet truck was across one load. the driver tried to say that it had arrived at the depot like that. I am still waiting for a refund three months later. I had to drive to the despatch point and collect a new order of materials myself - as the courier firm failed utterly to do their job. They have offered no compensation for my costs. I thinkTNT stands for Twa*s not transport.
