Ordered and paid £57 for a pallet collection, it turned out that there was a problem with the collection address so speedshift could not collect.

I contacted speedshift and they immediately refunded me the £57 no problems just 100% understanding, very refreshing in this modern age where you would normally have to fight to get a full refund.

The system for ordering very straight forward with when had to make personal contact very reassuring and professional.

Although eventually there was no need for the service anyone who has behaved in a professional manner as speedshift has done has to be classed as an excellent and efficient company.

I very rarely need to use a pallet collection courier but if I did I would have full confidence that I would receive an excellent service.
