A FRUSTRATINGLY USELESS LABYRINTH! All I wanted to know was the current price of a first and second class stamp. I had to open three different tabs, search a myriad leaflets and prices to find the latest information - a press release from last year! In the end I found the price on The Guardian newspaper's website. The Royal Mail's website is a wittering mess of waffle by useless marketing idiocracy with no grasp of succinct language. I don't care how wonderful they think they are. When I'm paying for a service that is all I want, service. It's been a long time since I felt the urge to through my computer through the window, but this was one of those days.
