What kind of organisation has Royal mail turned into? it does not deserve the title ROYAL , sub standard services means I now find my mail getting delivered to the wrong house, I in turn get the neighbours mail.

But the biggest joke of all (apart of from their ridiculous postal sizing system and prices) is my mail gets delivered at 5pm!!!!!!! what the hell is that?
Today it cam at 5.35 pm .....this is not acceptable what a joke of a company they became.
