After 11 months of praising Royal Mail for great delivery,this last few weeks has been a nightmare. I have been waiting for two 1st class parcels posted 2 weeks ago that have not arrived yet, a parcel I sent 1st class recorded delivery a week ago to someone is still in progress, a letter sent to me recorded delivery arrived very late without recorded delivery sticker, other letters arriving late but worst of all when I have tried to contact customer service on the internet I have gone round in circles and finally after finding a link to customer services it was blocked. Also the link to the complaints procedure is blocked (is this not breaking the law?) OK the link to the tracking system works but what if you want to discuss the service in general. I've tried to phone but you can't get through because the queue is so long. The fact that I can't get through to customer services has made me more cross than anything. Incidentally I sent a parcel by citylink this week at half the cost of Royal Mail and it arrived the following day. What is going on with the Royal mail?
