As a business customer of Parcelforce, (a small business - but does it matter?) I continue to be amazed at their terrible service! I will be leaving them asap. They loose parcels, don't care about that, don't communicate with the customer, don't collect on time (not even on the right day!) and still the account charges every time are for the expensive 24 hour service we use.
