I had grave trouble with another supplier and decided to use Parcel Force directly. Parcelforce's website was clear and, crucially, they asked for details of finding the location from which the item was to be picked up. Yodel, for example, does not; it then misses the pick-up and blames the customer. I recommend rejecting companies that do not ask this question. They may not find you. Parcelforce picked up. The driver was late, outside the time window for the pick up by about 90 minutes which was nerve wracking, but the delivery was made very promptly the next day. I had paid for 24 hour delivery and it arrived within 14. Well done on the logistics side.
The price for the service to me was 2.5 times as much as using a logistics aggregator for the same service. Why can't I have a sensible price as a direct customer?
