48 hours is more like 48 days.

I ordered a parcel in plenty of time for fathers day as I don't get to see my dad much and was going to visit that weekend. Did it arrive in time? absolutely not. The service was useless, it was so hard to get through to them, they were rude, they didn't know where my parcel was, they had no tracking numbers for it and it finally arrived 5 days late, completely missed giving it to my dad and he thought I didn't bother getting him a present and was very upset. I was extremely stressed trying to contact customer services (who didn't care at all and most could barely speak a word of English)

the delivery driver threw my breakable parcel through the door once I opened it and shoved the signature pad through "YOU SIGN NOW" he bellows in my face.

Will never use this terrible service again, they're WORSE than Royal Mail!!

I regret not reading reviews on this before purchase, if I'd have known I definitely wouldn't have bothered!
