I was expecting a parcel from London to Edinburgh,suppose to be delivered on 5th Thursday under 24 hour express delivery but the person came and leaving card Thursday and Friday even 3people were at home a the time. These man doesn't have time to knock on the door and to wait one minute if someone is there or not. Atlast today 9th of march I decided to stand beside window to catch my parcel.he knocked and walking back so I have to run to his van to get my parcel. what a terrible service oh my god.
