A 19th century service, completely inadequate for people who work. There is no ability to adjust delivery, and the staff are incapable of writing legibly!

I shall be contacting the original vendor to advise them to change or at least offer alternative delivery arrangements. I would pay extra for it NOT to be ParcelForce. It would improve the ParcelForce service immeasurably if your got amazon or anyone else to do the job for them.
