I have bought and sold hundreds of item over the years and almost used all of the courier companies in the UK
but worse was the PARCEL FORCE!!!
they failed to delivery couple of times happened last week, a driver did not even visit my place and he took delivery to one of the post office and only himself knows which post office he took it so I had to hunt it down
and happened yesterday waited all day and no damn delivery again, very annoying and time consuming online tracking info is a joke
will never use or recommend to anyone this mickey mouse company
they should not be in business
very poor unreliable service
I'll stick with proper courier companies like
FEDEX,UPS,DPD,YODEL but never parcelforce again
