Another significantly annoyed ParcelFarce customer here.
Bought something off eBay, paid for Parcelfarce 48Hr delivery, and waited indoors ALL day for its arrival while following the tracking on their website.
At around 5:40PM I thought things were looking a little grim, so decided to phone Parcel force customer service - the relevant local depot; The helpful customer service advisor instructed me that the Van's are out until circa 6PM, but my parcel would show up.
Come 6:15PM still no sign, so thought I'd check the tracking details.......
Couldn't believe what I read, and a quick Google reveals there are 1000s that have been in the same boat; "Delivery attempted at 16:54PM"!!
NO DELIVERY HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED WHATSOEVER.
I specifically booked today off work for this parcel, ensured I was awake early doors, have been anticipating the parcel arriving, and have stopped indoors ALL day and not ventured outdoors for a mere second.
So, to conclude; Parcelfarce drivers LIE, are too lazy, or are a combination of both.
Please do avoid this joke of a company if you need a parcel on the due date.
I intend to do their work for them and pick up my parcel from the Depot at which it's been taken back to WITHOUT AN ATTEMPTED DELIVERY.
Scumbags, and I hope their business suffers as a result of these reviews.
