I arranged for a delivery to be picked up on a Wednesday and be delivered by Friday, the parcel was not collected on Wednesday but was on Thursday. As I had only paid for the 48 service it was not delivered until Monday!! 3 days later than I needed my parcel, NOT acceptable!
