The item arrived broken so the seller asked for compensation from Parcel Force. I the buyer had to fill in forms and sent info via the email address provided. No acknowledgement nothing for me or the seller from PF. I have had a full refund from the seller so I am ok. The lack of communication from PF indicated a poorly structured company, one to be avoided at all costs if there is a problem it will probably be yours. Buyer beware.
