Sent a parcel on Monday at 1020 on Guaranteed 48hr Service. Customer needed item by Thursday at latest as he was off to the USA. 3 Days for a 2 day service not taking any chances you would think!!!!!!!!! WRONG...It is now 1922 on the Thursday and the parcel has not arrived. Customer Services make excuses about a backlog. It must be because of all the snow or the hurricane which has just blown through the UK, or maybe even the miners strike. This is costing me not only money, loss of business, a large phone bill but possibly my health as my blood pressure is through the roof.
