May 31st 2012 I was charged £44.75 for a envelope to be delivered 1st June, it didn't arrrive until the 6th Jun. When my friend returned to UK and informed me of this, I put in a claim to Parcelforce claims dept. This they sent back with a sorry its too late to claim you have to do it within 15 days.
I went through the paperwork provided with the so called 'GlobalExpress' and there is nothing at all relating to a time limitation regarding complaints.
I replied to the 'its too late letter' with a note that I felt that expecting people to comply with a rule they are not aware of is ridiculous. Still they refuse to make a refund.
They seem to think it is ok for us to pay and them not provide what paid for SO ALL BE WARE DONT EXPECT THE SERVICE PAID & DONT EXPECT REIMBURSEMENT. Their site would not even let me on to check delivery so gave in after 3 days as presumed it was there, WRONGLY
