I am getting really sick of finding a card stating that I have a parcel left at the Post Office. Due to our local Post Offices being closed this makes a right pain having to pay for parking and walk then queue up for 10 minutes to pick up a parcel that should have been DELIVERED to me. All the other CHEAPER couriers allow you to re-book delivery but not Parcelforce. Even asking the driver many times to leave with a neighbour on in the porch, this still happens. When I insisted on delivery, the parcel was returned to the sending Post Office where it lay, because they didn't know who the sender was!
I am disgusted with the service from this company - the sooner people realise that companies like Yodel offer a far better service the better.
