I ordered my item 3 weeks ago, on 24 hour express shipping, and it still has not arrived, I went 2 hours out of my way to go to the depot they say it was shipped from, to find out that they "had delivered it to my address." Surprisingly! They didn't. Don't bother ordering from any company that uses this delivery service for anything, it'd probably be easier to either find a wholesaler, or fly international.

I agree. The drivers lie. They said that they delivered yesterday but nobody was home. We were home all day. Dead giveaway - no card through the door.
