This company will not accept responsibility for their mistakes and when trying to make a claim you are continually passed on from pillar to post. Customer services are rude and defensive before you have even begun to make your complaint, they obviously receive a lot of them! Parcel was ridiculously damaged on arrival and the delivery man was very unhelpful.
